    Gordo Littlefield

    Co-Executive Director

    Sarah Littlefield, EdM – known as Gordo – joined Cambridge Camping in early 2024 as Co-Executive Director. She brings expertise in program development, staff training, community-building, and advocacy. Previously, Gordo was Program Director at the Aloha Foundation, where she led summer programs, earning recognition as one of Newsweek’s Best Summer Camps in America (2023). She also founded BrightStar Care Boston North, a home healthcare company. Gordo is passionate about creating inclusive communities and is excited to support CCA's mission of providing accessible out-of-school and summer programming for under-resourced youth.

    Franck came to Cambridge Camping with 20 years of experience in Accounting & Information Technology in June 2016. Franck has also worked as Controller for WAND education Fund in Arlington Mass, NT Administrator and Bookkeeper for Haitian Coalition in Somerville, Staff Accountant Middlesex Hospital in Waltham, MA, MIS supervisor for Olympus Specialty Hospital (Formerly Middlesex County Hospital, Waltham, MA.
    As a Seven Day Adventist, Franck loves camping.

    Sharon Zimmerman

    Co-Executive Director

    Sharon Zimmerman, MSW, Co-Executive Director of Cambridge Camping brings 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience to this role. Since 2016, she has expanded Cambridge Camping’s reach and impact and now co-leads CCA with Gordo Littlefield. Sharon is based in St. Pete, Florida, working remotely and visiting Cambridge regularly. The common thread in Sharon’s work has been helping individuals to improve the quality of their lives, helping organizations to build capacity, and helping communities to prosper. She has a deep commitment to social justice and human rights, and to finding economic, social, and political solutions to a just world.
