Dee Dee Cetoute
Program Director
Dee Dee has deep roots in Cambridge, coming to Cambridge Camping from a city run program where she provided comprehensive case management services to families in need, conducting assessments, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating access to necessary resources and support services. She brings valuable experience collaborating with community organizations, working with families and offering support, and running youth programs. Her positive energy creates an amazing experience for campers and families!

Gordo Littlefield
Co-Executive Director
Sarah Littlefield, EdM – known as Gordo – joined Cambridge Camping in early 2024 as Co-Executive Director. She brings expertise in program development, staff training, community-building, and advocacy. Previously, Gordo was Program Director at the Aloha Foundation, where she led summer programs, earning recognition as one of Newsweek’s Best Summer Camps in America (2023). She also founded BrightStar Care Boston North, a home healthcare company. Gordo is passionate about creating inclusive communities and is excited to support CCA's mission of providing accessible out-of-school and summer programming for under-resourced youth.

Hannah Parra
Director of Development and Communications
Hannah has been with Cambridge Camping since 2019, starting as Operations Manager and later transitioning into the role of Director of Development and Communications. One of her favorite parts of the job is managing a scholarship and referral program in partnership with the Department of Children and Families, ensuring that children in need can access enriching camp experiences. Hannah works across all functions of the organization, including communications, operations, and development, to maximize CCA’s impact. She has loved being a part of the CCA community, working to make camp and out-of-school programming possible for hundreds of children every year.

Franck Salomon
Bookkeeper
Franck came to Cambridge Camping with 20 years of experience in Accounting & Information Technology in June 2016. Franck has also worked as Controller for WAND education Fund in Arlington Mass, NT Administrator and Bookkeeper for Haitian Coalition in Somerville, Staff Accountant Middlesex Hospital in Waltham, MA, MIS supervisor for Olympus Specialty Hospital (Formerly Middlesex County Hospital, Waltham, MA.
As a Seven Day Adventist, Franck loves camping. -
Emma Sawyer
Program Assistant
Emma joined Cambridge Camping in April of 2024 as Program Assistant. They developed their lifelong love of camp as a camper and counselor at the Aloha Foundation in Vermont, where they taught photography. After moving to Boston in 2021, Emma worked at a number of museums, notably at the Boston Children’s Museum as a Visitor Service Associate, and at the Museum of Fine Arts as Pre-K Art Instructor. They are committed to Cambridge Camping’s mission to make camp accessible to all, and are excited to be a part of the team. In their free time, Emma enjoys spending time outdoors, playing ultimate frisbee and making art.

Sharon Zimmerman
Co-Executive Director
Sharon Zimmerman, MSW, Co-Executive Director of Cambridge Camping brings 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience to this role. Since 2016, she has expanded Cambridge Camping’s reach and impact and now co-leads CCA with Gordo Littlefield. Sharon is based in St. Pete, Florida, working remotely and visiting Cambridge regularly. The common thread in Sharon’s work has been helping individuals to improve the quality of their lives, helping organizations to build capacity, and helping communities to prosper. She has a deep commitment to social justice and human rights, and to finding economic, social, and political solutions to a just world.
