Day Camps

Summer @ BB&N Scholarship Program

Cambridge Camping partners with BB&N to help with their goal to provide a valuable and enjoyable learning environment for boys and girls from grades Pre-K thru Grade 12 every summer. BB&N gives all campers a careful balance of recreational and creative activities in small groups. BB&N camps are both comfortable and friendly, and believe in a program that encourages new friendships to develop and established ones to grow. Camp Wing & Camp Mitton

Cambridge Camping provides camperships to families based on household size and income to provide camp sessions at substantially reduced rates.

Crossroads residential camps, Camp Wing and Camp Mitton, offer traditional camp activities while meeting social and emotional needs, and instilling the confidence that help our youth be successful at home and in school.

Camp Wing,  located on 200 acres of woodlands in Duxbury, provides a safe and stimulating environment where campers are urged beyond their comfort zones to set and achieve goals, gain new skills through challenges, make positive choices, and develop healthy relationships with their peers and adults.

Camp Mitton, nestled in a secluded setting in Brewster, provides a safe and supportive place for young people who have experienced trauma or crisis in their lives and are struggling to find healthy, positive ways to cope. The Mitton program delivers a sense of safety through a low staff-to-camper ratio, structured activities and a consistent schedule. Mitton’s highly-trained team teaches campers how to manage their feelings in positive ways while building healthy relationships with those around them.

The Summer Camp

General Camp is a 10-day is a fun and welcoming introduction to camp life, activities, adventures and skills. For most girls, this is their first opportunity to spend time away from home and join a community of peers who, while from different places, share many common life experiences. Counselors guide girls with unconditional acceptance and understanding, as each experiments, explores and builds self-confidence.

Summer Campers sleep in rustic cabins with nine girls their age and three counselors. Days are filled canoeing, kayaking, swimming, sailing, dance, land sports, photography, drama, archery, pottery, knitting, sewing, arts and crafts, science explorers and adventure day trips. Evening activities include talent shows, scavenger hunts and dancing. Each bunk group spends a night camping in a tent and roasting marshmallows for s’mores over an open fire.

Camp Wildwood* (Mass Audubon Camp)

Wildwood is a place where kids age 9–17 can take a break from busy schedules, video games, cell phones, and the distractions of everyday life and get outside to do what kids do best—have fun!

At Wildwood, we do all of that and so much more. We venture into the great outdoors, track animals, build shelters, plant seeds, plot courses, and paint pictures. Throughout camp, we build a community where each person is an important part of the group and is valued and respected.
