Caroline Moreno is a life-long Cambridge Resident who attended Cambridge Public Schools and has committed her career to youth development. She was first introduced to the world of youth programs through the Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program where she became a camp counselor at the then Cambridge Boys and Girls Club. This inspired her career with the organization where she has spent the last 21 years serving different aspects of the club, most recently holding a position as the Membership Director at the South Boston Club.
During her tenure as director of the Cambridge Boys & Girls Club she worked and collaborated with many Cambridge youth organizations one of her projects including organizing the Zion Chambers Late Night Teen Program in collaboration with the Boys & Girls Club, Margaret Fuller House, and the Cambridge Police Department.
