Annie
Bonney
Development Committee Chair
Community Member, Cambridge

Over the course of her professional career Annie has built 10 years of experience at Boston area nonprofit organizations concentrating much of her work on developing successful events, conferences and travel programs. After receiving her BA in Art History at Skidmore College, Annie began her career in the Friends, Fellows and Special Programs office at the Harvard University Art Museums where she helped to plan execute and run programs, events and travel for members at all levels. Taking the experiences and skills she had developed at Harvard she pursued her love of food joining Oldways Preservation Trust, a organization promoting healthy and sustainable food choices through traditional diets, becoming the Director of Programs and Membership. Leaving Boston to move abroad with her husband and baby son she took a career hiatus as her family grew and they continued to relocate. Returning to the Boston area after 12 years she rejoined Oldways part-time as Events Manager. In 2018 Annie decided to focus more time on her family and her volunteer roles with Food for Free, Community Cooks and Shady Hill School. In 2019 Annie joined the Cambridge Camping Association board and in 2020 became the Chair of the Development Committee.
